Making an Offer

Once you have identified a suitable property, the first step towards finalising an offer is to prepare a Letter Of Intent (LOI) that summarises the important terms and conditions of a rental agreement to be confirmed by the landlord and tenant. The LOI includes:

At Bhaktawar we’re dedicated to you and your schedule, however busy it may be. Our office is open from 10am to 7pm from Monday to Friday and 10am to 3pm on Saturday. We also make appointments and arrange viewings on weekends and Bank Holidays.
In addition, we also chauffer our clients to and from viewings so all you need to do is show up and let us make the viewing process as comfortable as possible.
Step 8:

Congratulations

The keys of your new home will be handed over to you along with the emergency contact numbers.
If the property managed by Bhaktawar, you will be given the number of the appointed Property Manager to make sure you settle in well.
Congratulations you can new move into your rented property!
Step 7:

Offer agreed – Signing and Registration

Once Step 6 has been completed and all parties are in agreement of the terms, draft rental agreements are now exchanged, finalised and signed. Post this as a final legal step the rental agreements are registered.
